FAQ & Support

What is BeakHR?

A professional network where your verified work — not your résumé formatting — is your reputation, paired with a recruiting platform that has to respect your boundaries.

Is it really free?

Yes — free forever for professionals. BeakHR makes money from optional Pro upgrades and from employers and recruiters.

What's a Noise Shield?

Your machine-enforced boundaries: a salary floor, acceptable work models and company stage. Outreach that violates them is rejected before it reaches you.

Do recruiters see my profile?

Only on your terms. A closed shield makes you invisible, and a recruiter reaching out must clear every one of your boundaries first.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open your profile and choose “Delete my account” at the bottom of your Noise Shield panel.
